We want you to be completely satisfied with your Thermomix experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all appliances and accessories in their original packaging. If your culinary journey isn't off to a perfect start, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a seamless return or exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Care team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely place your Thermomix and all included accessories back into the original double-walled shipping box to ensure the delicate internal sensors are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping center, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition at our service center, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
